Valasaravakkam area is very prime location . Where it has very nearby axis to chennai domestic and international airport in just 12km. DLF it park is just 3km from valasaravakkam, forum shopping mall, chandra metro mall are in 2km. Koyambedu bus stand is 3km, vadapalani metro rail station in 2km, super saravana stores in 1km, Ramachandra medical hospital in 2km, srm (Sims) hospital in 2km, srm university colleges are located in same valasaravakkam within 1km, miot hospital in 2km. Very prime and good area to live. Mega mart, big bazaar, reliance trends, digital,fresh all in 2km. La chatelaine,st Johns, la mech,aacharya,velammal, chennai public, padma seshadri,vani vidyalaya,pon vidyashram, Narayana etechno schools were all within 3km radius.

  • Hospitals, airport,metro rail station,koyambedu bus stand are near

Valasaravakkam is mainly a full residential area has many schools all banks have branches leading supermarkets and car shiwrooms of maruthi and honda all two wheeler showrooms.very good restaurants temples meditation centers hospitals . All in all all basic facilities are available within a radius of 5 kms
