Upkar Oakland Great location. This project is on the main road, and is therefore easily accessible. Very close to Electronic City. It is cheap at the moment, since it is a developing area. Plenty of fresh air and open space. As it is situated next to Check-post, no other buildings could be constructed that may potentially block the view and restrict the abundance of natural light.
