Sector 49 very good, safe, and decent locality. Roads and dust on both sides is a big problem. Sewerage system needs modification as they overflow. Water is another problem which may improve once HUDA takes over. Market is good and prices are reasonable. ATMs and banks are centrally located. Approach to Delhi, Gurgaon is good. Airport is 40 minutes away. Property prices are reasonable. Builder floors of various sizes are available. Overall good locality for all types of people.

Sector 49, Faridabad is very near to Gurgaon and buying property at this place to beneficial for those who are working in Gurgaon. Flats are available almost at 1/3 prices as compared to pricing of flats in Gurgaon. It is only 20 minutes away from Gurgaon.
