Potheri is fastly developing area with many renowned builders had come up with their projects here which has considerably enhanced the real estate market value here.

Pros:
  • calm and peaceful atmosphere
  • very near to railway station and also industrial area
  • SRM college nearby is an added advantage
Cons:
  • price is above the actual cost
  • lack of frequent rail connection to the city
