Kengeri is one of the oldest townships of Urban Bangalore which is seeing a lot growth in terms of real estate over the past decade owing to its close proximity to Mysore Road which is also one the main highways of Bangalore.

Pros:
  • Very good neighborhood for residential plots.

  • Close to major drainage of Bangalore.

Kengeri is now a most busy place. Soon Metro will bring huge changes. Twenty percent of the people coming from Mysore to Bangalore get down at Kengeri and there are about 30 trains between these two cities. One can imagine how many work/ stay in Kengeri. It is hub-hub of educational institutions including famous R.V. College of engineering and Bangalore University.

Kengeri is an upcoming hub with Namm Metro extending upto Hejjala. Sir MV Layout is developed by BDA and 2nd Block is strategically located, close to Mysore Road. Has lot of greenery, hospitals, educational institutions and much more

Kengeri is currently the booming area where you have nearly 10 engineering colleges, 2 medical colleges and a dental college and architecture college. Very reputaed international school and colleges. Global village bosch and toyota kirlosker nearby. Metro and nice road nearby and good bus connectivity to any where around the city. Nearby gopalan archade and rajajishwari nagar for entertainmaint and shopping zone. If listing it will be many more.
