JR gardens is the biggest gated community is the Bangalore-South with an area of 93 acres. The layout is free from noise and air pollution because existence of thousands of trees which produces fresh oxygen. Layout roads are 40 sqft widened with functional street lights for every 10 meters. The layout has 24*7 water supply from community bore well. Plenty of amenities like Gym, Tennis court, Football court, cricket court, Swimming pool, Badminton court , Basket ball court, Joggers path, walking track and 5 functional parks.

- Free from pollution with plenty of trees where one can enjoy the nature
