Hardoi Road is next to be developing outer zone of Lucknow after Faizabad Road and Kanpur road, many govt. and private business scheme are launching like Building metro stations and Metro track, many New malls and showrooms are already opened and running well, Era and Charak like many other hospitals are giving basic and advance health facilities to the locals, new colonies and primary to degree colleges are making people move to this area as it is still cheap and easily available in compare to West wing of Lucknow.
in addition Sitapur Road Bypass and kanpur Road Bypass are giving huge advantage to Hardoi Road helping it develop more faster.
