I am an owner of flat and Bulland Elevates has been extremely slow in covering construction till now. Although quality of constructions is similar to other builders but I really doubt that I will get my possession on time.

Pros:
  • Its near to Kisan Chowk.
  • Prices are comparatively lower than other prominent builders.
Cons:
  • Bulland sold their unit on the name Gaur City 2. There is no relation of that.
  • Bulland keeps changing their size every year and making fool of new buyers.
  • They are new in market so expect delay in possession
