I prefer that student can easily buy flat at there in minimum installment. They pay rent for there PG so why don't they buy a flat of the same amount which they are giving on there rent.

Tonk road is highly acclaimed property destination in the vicinity of Jaipur City. Its is around 20 Km from Jaipur Junction and 17 km from Gandhinagar Railway Station. Chokhi Dhani, the famous restaurant is in this area. Many builders have flocked to this area and developed area to some extent, of course lessor than Ajmer Road area. But I find this localization very appealing in terms of future development and planned Airport (Master Plan 2025) in this area.
