Bhogapuram is a best residential place. It is near by education hub(avanthi (medical, engineering and polytechnic). It near by new international airport just 4 Km. It is near by IT hub.

Bhogapuram is the best place for investments as far as another 5 years is concern international airport, proposed metro trains, residential plots are developing in huge level, employments like divisor laboratory etc, educational institutes, 3 districts center point are here.

Bhogapuram is a good investment place of Vizag because present right now grow thing in this location is too good and government will be announced the international airport and ITIR CARIDOR also very close to in this location.

Also the place was already mentioned in the past for construction of International airport.
