Uppal, Hyderabad happens to be the most lucrative destination as far as Real Estate investment and ROI is concerned, compared to anywhere in INDIA. The fact that 2,20,000 crores has been allotted to ITIR, Hyderabad, and Pocharam is in the Zone III of ITIR allocation, talks miles about its potential. The future here is bright as the Upcoming Hyderabad Metro Rail is just 10 minutes drive, Raheja Mindspace, Infosys (World's biggest campus), Genpact, Axis Bank (All India Operations) and Inventurys (US Health Care Company) are all in Pocharam and are running operations since 2 - 4 years. No other place in Hyderabad is available at a reasonable price like Pocharam SEZ.
