It has excellent connectivity with all directions of Coimbatore. It is a bustling town with all kinds of shops, markets, Govt. bus facililies, Govt. banks, private banks, atms, schools, colleges, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, Registrar office, Panchayat Office and Police Station. Thondamuthur is the Block headquarters. It is gaining popularity as a greatly sought after destination for residence because of its excellent connectivity and affordable prices. Land prices are now seeing a rising trend due to high demand as the price is half of the price in Vadavalli.

Pros:
  • Excellent weather
  • Excellent connectivity to all directions of Coimbatore
  • Fast development due to low land prices
Cons:
  • Slightly away when compared with Vadavalli or Perur

Thondamuthur is a purely residential area. Very peaceful and its location provides easy access to the city via 80 feet road.
