Faisalabad-Sohna road is a highway location its a 133 feet proposed highway. Right now property rates is under control here due to monorail metro rate will be increased in upcoming 2 or 3 years.

Right Now Property rate in Faridabad is under control. But after 2 years rate will grow very speedy due to mono rail and metro projects.

Pros:
  • Well Planned Area
  • Availability of good shopping centers, stores, cinema halls, schools
  • A site seeing place

Sohna Road connects NH-2 to NH-8. It is a fast and convenient route if you wish to go to Gurgaon, Sohna, Kothputli, Jaipur and Rajasthan. Residential sectors are situated near Sohna road, 9 engineering and management colleges which are running well are on Sohna Road, Faridabad. Hospitals, market, Ballabhgarh railway station, proposed metro station are only 5 to 10 minutes distance. Property prices are high.
