Nizampet has best vastu, best ventilation, level high position, market, schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, temples at within 5 minutes walk or within 1km. It is a dry place with less water is normal complaint, but one should have relook and think. It is a middle class paradise. things are available cheaper rates. villagers are friendly folk for any assistance.

Nizampet is a well developed area. Love to live very near to Kukatpally. All facilities like Metro, Super markets and Hyper markets, Schools nearby.

Nizampet is a very well-developed locality in Hyderabad City. Peaceful environment, well-connected and maintain the quality. Very good option for ROI, semi-gated community with modern amenities. Close to schools, colleges, hospital and metro railway station.
