Mugalivakkam is surrounded by DLF IT Park,L&T and famous heart fullness institute meditation ashram called Ramchandra mission. Thickly populated and most of the people are IT employees. Very close to famous Saravana store and Chennai trade center. It is a growing suburban locality with all necessary facilities like schools,hospitals,shopping malls etc.

Pros:
  • Growing sub-urban with good connectivity
  • High growth potential
  • Surrounded by good schools, IT Park,Mall, close to Alandur metro station
Cons:
  • Water crisis during summer
  • Thickly populated
  • Narrow roads

Mugalivakkam is a calm and quiet residential locality with 3 international school nearby within 1.5 km (max) from my flat. 4 banks are within a radius of 2 to 4 km and 5 ATM are very nearby. Markets also nearby . 2 famous hospitals namely MIOT and Sri Ramachandra mission Hospital Porur is very close by within 4 to 5 KM. Guindy station is nearby 6 km and International Airport is nearby 9 KM. Public transport is there besides number of Share Autos are available.

  • Very nearer to L&T DLF

  • 4 KM inside from the main road
