Lonikand is situated at centre of Pune & Ranjangoan MIDC. Fastly developing are. Situated on Pune - Ahmad Nagar Highway. Also easily accessible from Pune, Ranjangaon, Chakan & Solapur highway.
Reachable within a minutes from Sanaswadi, Koregaon, Kesnand industrial are. Uninterrupted water & power supply are main benefits of Lonikand. Has good residential, commercial & Industrial location. Many apartment schemes are under construction in Lonikand

Lonikand is more prosperous then Wagholi because it is close to Sanaswadi Industrial Area and Ranjan Gaon MIDC. There is huge demand for residential projects both for ownership and for rental accommodation. The land price for open land is Rs. 800 to 900 per Sq ft. The price for land in developed projects with Road water electricity, gated and secured by high rise wall, with amenities like Club House, sports and recreational facilities the price is anywhere between 1250 to 1800 per square feet for developed plot. The Residential projects are selling in the range of Rs.3400 to 4500 per sq. ft. The Agriculture land without NA approval is selling around Rs. 700- 800 per square feet depending up on its location.
