Lonavala is well known for its wheather and people come to enjoy that climat mostly in mansoon so its good advantage to have second home at lonavala so you can also enjoy.

Pros:
  • In monsoon you can give that flat on rent and you can get good revenue out of it.
  • Its good to have secound home in surrounded by beautifull nature
  • Also our place got many hestorical caves and forts
Cons:
  • Lonavala is quit expensive because of tourist spot
  • Also crowded
