King's Circle is the area's of Sion are really blessed by the proximity. All n all a very good locality for working people from BKC & Lower Patel everything at your finger tips as they say.
- Some times water logging
King Circle has a prime location with easy transport, entertainment, restaurants, hospitals, big malls and banks. It has good structural old buildings with high ceilings and big rooms, with good people.
So many students comes to Matunga for education as it has good teachers available for education. New buildings and projects are coming up. I don't find any bad points for Matunga. It is a very famous central Mumbai suburb full of gardens.
