Kemps Corner is an upmarket , flanked by the Altamount Road on one side and the Malabar Hill on the other. It lies at the crossroads of Breach Candy, Warden Road, Peddar Road and Nepean Sea Road. The place has several upmarket residential establishments as well as high end shopping outlets. It is home to some iconic buildings, such as Grand Paradi, Woodland, Mount Unique.

Kemps corner is one of the most affluent localities in South Mumbai. Breach candy, Pedder road, Babulnath and Walkeshwar are all its neighboring localities. Real estate is quite expensive here. Grant road station is nearest one. Bhulabhai desai road is in close proximity. It is a heaven for people willing to shed a lot of money on real estate here.
