It is quiet and beautiful place to live. MIR Realtors - Jade Heights 1 is less than 3 K.M. from Info Park, 0.2 K.M. from Sun Rise Hospital and 3.5 K.M. from Lulu Shopping Mall.

Kakkanad has attracted many developers from within the state and across India mainly due to the huge demand from the IT crowd for apartments. The much talked about Smart city project coming-up in 250 acres is opening up its 6 lakh sq.f of IT space by mind of 2015, will pep-up the sagging demand for apartments witnessed for the past 2'years.
