Haldwani is a door of Kumaun Region, From here visitors / tourist enter for hills places like Nainital, Bhimtal, Naukuchiyatal, Sattal etc everywhere, and main thing about Haldwani is having the awesome climate, all Kumaun region's super market, railway station, Mandi etc.

Haldwani is the getaway of Kumaoun. Hill view can be seen from this place. Best location for residential living.

Haldwani is a warm place. Its the last plain area before . Kathgodam is the only railway station that connects this place with Delhi. Haldwani is a major commercial city in Uttrakhand. If you are going towards Nainital, you will pass this city.

Haldwani is the best for future investment , best location near by Nainital road , all schools comes in walking area . Markets are also nearby.

Its a beautiful city located at the foot hills of Himalayas, away from polluted over crowed cities with a hectic lifestyle. On the other hand it offers you a very comfortable locality to settle your business and family with all amenities like best schools, hospitals, institutes etc. Property is considerably cheaper but the prices are rising fast.

Pros:
  • Beautiful, peaceful, and convenient city to live and work.
  • Close vincinity to Rudrapur (SIDCUL) thus provides calm and easy stay to professional working there
  • Close vincinity to Nanital tourist spot+famous nationally renowed schools.
  • Schools, hospitals, institutes nearby.

  • Narrower roads and road encroachments
  • Water supply issues

Excellent green city, free of noise and pollution of big cities. Good market, least crime, good schools, good locality and good peoples from hilly areas as well as high profile gentry under one roof of Haldwani, gateway of kumaun hills.

  • Safe and secure with good gentry and good locality
  • Climate is very good, least pollution
  • Good schools hospitals, railway, hills easy approachable
Cons:
  • Metro missing, Airport proposed
  • PVR missing
