Deonar is a green and very peaceful locality. It has very fine bungalows including Raj Kapoors Bungalow. Tata Institute of Social Sciences, BARC, Telecom Colony, etc form a very posh neighborhood. It is very close to the first exit of the Eastern Freeway, SCLR, Monorail and in close proximity to the Metro terminus. Deonar is blessed with connectivity minus the chaos.
