Very close proximity to companies within 4 km distance Wipro, Infosys, TCS, HP, Siemens, Velankani, AMD, Biocon, CGI, Flextronics, GE Power, HCL and Robert Bosh. It is very close proximity to Pre-School,close proximity to Apollo, Fortis Hospitals and outside layout have grocery store, Ironing facility, Bus stops, Parlor and close proximity to Meenakshi Temple, Royal Menakshi Mall, Cinepolis on Bannerghatta Road. It is well connected by Bannergatta, Bommanahalli and Electronic City and expecting 2 side metro station with in the distance of 2 km.

Begur Road in South Bangalore, barely 5km from Electronic city and 2km from Meenakshi Mall on Banerghatta Road, is the fastest developing area in Bangalore, with many projects from reputed builders like Radiant Constructions etc. Wide roads with free flowing traffic, excellent schools in the vicinity including play/prep schools, convenience stores with home delivery for groceries etc., make it an ideal location for young working professionals.
