Anekal is a very safe locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

Pros:
  • All amenities available

Anekal is developing at a good speed. Lots of commercial aspects have come up, many builders are also occupying the space, very good natural beauty and bets for the nature lovers as greenery is well maintained in and around the Anekal Town.

  • Natural Beauty
  • Centre Between Bannergatta, Jigani and Electronic city
Cons:
  • Narrow Roads
  • Sewage and Drainage not well maintained
  • Bad Traffic mgmt.

Anekal town is near Electronic City in Bangalore. There are many projects in this location. It’s only a 15 to 20 minutes drive and with new Elevated Flyover from Silk Board to the area via Electronic City it just takes 25 - 30 Minutes by drive.

Cons:
  • Its under Development

Anekal is a very prime locality which connects the city in different paths. It is very near to Electronic City and many IT companies. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

  • Close to IT companies
  • Well Planned Area
  • One of a Developing hub in Bangalore

  • No malls
  • No metro train

Anekal, Bangalore is situated behind Shiridi Sai Engineering collage, close to new Baldwin International school & St Joseph's High school ,Alliance Business School and very near to Chandapura, Jigini and E-city.

Pros:
  • Court , police station, Railway Station are close to the location
  • 5 star hotels
  • specialist hospitals are available
Cons:
  • Malls are not available
  • Metro is not available

Anekal is a city which is about 13-15 km away from Bannerghatta. IT companies are in a radius of 12 km. Jigani industrial area is also very near to the plot.

Pros:
  • Very near to Chandapura-Hosur main road and also to Electronic city
Cons:
  • No idea.
