About Us

We introduce ourselves as Aspen Multi State Co-Operative Group Housing Society Ltd having its principal objective of providing housing to its members in Delhi and Haryana and to promote the interest of its members to attain their social, economic and housing betterment through self-helf and mutual aid in accordance with the cooperative principles.

The Society has been registered at the Office of the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies vide registration No. MSCS/CR/1105/2014 dated 25th September 2014. The society has been founded by a group of committed individuals belongs to diverse fields of Real Estate, Defence and Central Ministries etc.

The society has already possessed 38 acres land in L zone of Delhi and is in the process of acquiring more land. The L Zone of Delhi is located adjacent to New Diplomatic Enclave, New Gurgaon and IGI Airport Delhi. Our land has close proximity to Dwarka Expressway, Upcomming International Level Railway Station, Upcoming ISBT Dwarka, Upcoming AIIMS and 18 Hole Golf Course Dwarka.
