Review of Greater Mohali, Mohali

As the name suggests, Greater Mohali is extension of Mohali. it is better planned than Mohali. Roads are wider as compared to old Mohali. Minimum Road Size is 40 ft . There is ample green area for parks in Greater Mohali. Area is well planned as Per Master Plan. All Roads from chandigarh, starting tribune road connect to Greater Mohali. Most of the development is done by Private Builders. Greater Mohali will be a dream destination in few years time. Today Buying a House or Plot or Flat is affordable in Greater Mohali But it will be out of reach of a common man to buy property in Greater Mohali. All the Good Real Estate Brands like IREO, Emaar MGF, Wave, JLPL, Bajwa Developers , TDI , Pearl are developing their townships in Greater Mohali. Even the Gmada has come up with its projects in Greater Mohali. Gmada has done Plotting and is also constructing High Rise Apartments.
These were some good things about Greater Mohali But there is a dark side also.
Development is slow as compared to other extended parts like Panchkula and Zirakpur. Government has more focus towards Mullanpur these days so it has affected the development of Greater Mohali. Most of the Private Builders have not done work at fast speed. Most of the Projects are running late. But Here lies the opportunity for investors and end users. once this area will be developed, it will be out of reach. it is definitely going to give very good returns on investment and also it will be a very good place to have your own residence.

Emaar MGF Mohali Hills is a beautiful project situated on Landra Banur Highway. It is a integrated township of 600 acres across 6 sectors of Greater Mohali. Company is having operational golf range of more than 20 acres long.
Emaar MGF is a joint venture between Emaar and MGF formed in February 2005
One of India’s largest FDI in real estate, with operations spanning Residential, Commercial, Retail and hospitality businesses.

Review of Zirakpur, Zirakpur

Zirakpur is a gateway to Chandigarh and Punjab in District Mohali, and also leads the way to Haryana via Panchkula, and Himachal Pradesh, just about three hours picturesque drive to Shimla!
Population of Zirakpur has grown from 25000 in 2001 to nearly 2,00,000 now. The leading establishments like hotels, resorts, real estate groups, hospitals, corporate offices, business centers etc., heading towards Chandigarh, settle down to Zirakpur as their destination, which is in very close proximity to Chandigarh, or as some say it is as good as being in Chandigarh!
In short, what Gurgaon is to Delhi; Zirakpur is to Chandigarh......!!!

Review of Dlf Valley Panchkula

DLF Valley Panchkula is located on Shimla kalka Highway; it’s around 15 minutes’ drive from Chandigarh. It’s near to Chandi mandir cantonment. Huda government is developing 32 sectors under new area Pinjore Kalka urban complex. Sector 1 will be a commercial sector, all shops, offices will be there. Sector 2 is with Amravati Enclave, Famous Rajasthani Food joint Chokhi Dhaani is situated in sector 2. Sector 3 is with DLF, its spread into Approx. 200 Acres. It’s by the name DLF Valley. DLF is constructing independent floors there on a plot sizes varying from 270 sq. yards to 500 sq. yards. Size of Independent floor varies from 1450 sq. ft. to 2490 sq. ft. Construction of floors is going at a good speed. Company launched its project in 3 phases; Possession of its Phase will be handed over most probably this year. It is a beautiful site to live as well as for investment. Project got delayed due but now it is running at a good pace.

Review of Ireo Five River Panchkula

IREO Five River is one of the best project in Tricity. It has the best location in this area. It is a 200 acre integrated township which consists of plots, luxury villas, high rise apartments (Studio apartments, 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK) ,independent floors and commercial sites. Ireo has a location advantage over other builders in Chandigarh. The view you get from the IREO site is unmatchable. You can see beautiful Shivalik foothills from the site. On one side of the project there is a Kaushalya Dam and on other side there is a reserved forest land of 3000 acres. There will be no construction activity on both the sides. Project is on the height that makes it more attractive. Apart from all these beautiful features, Company's payment plan is very lucrative, it is very customer friendly. It is bottom heavy plan i.e maximum payment will go towards the completion of the project. Project as of now is in a prelaunch stage, Company will launch the project latest by May 2014. Project is already delayed by 1 year and it will take around 4-5 years time to complete the whole project although possession of Villas and independent floors will be given in around 2-3 years time. Plots will be available for possession once the project is launched. It will take some time for the project to get developed but once it will be ready for possession, It will be a one of its kind project.
