Pros:
- Very well located, green and peaceful.
- Basic amenities are all very nearby
- Forthcoming double metro rail 1 km away.
Cons:
- Low availability of plots
- Lack of clear titles with most plots
- Weak Society which seems to be in builder lobby grip.
