Sudeep Thomas John an Engineer with MBA from Manipal, after his marketing stint of over 10 years with ITC group, joined the real estate sector of Ernakulam in 2005.

Over the last 12 years, he has been involved in the conceptualization of 5 star hotels (Crown Plaza), project execution of malls (Mall of Joy at Kottayam) and was in charge of various residential projects across Cochin that accounts for over 1.5 million Sq.ft in completed built up space in projects.

Residential projects involved small affordable housing segment to large premium water front apartments. His involvement at various decision making levels helped him to understand the space requirements with maximum utility value depending on the segments to which each design is catering to. This knowledge has been his forte in helping clients conceptualise and achieve their dream home.
