(MRCPL), the construction division of the Maitreya Group of Companies (started in 1998), is a real estate company engaged in the business of commercial, residential and retail projects. Under the leadership of its CMD, Mrs. Varsha Satpalkar, the company currently focuses on construction and development of real estate properties across the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. To its credit, the company has several sophisticated myriad housing projects in various cities of Maharashtra such as Pune, Aurangabad, Vasai, Dhule, Jalgaon Nagpur Wardha Athani and Sangli, to name a few; while it has also constructed several commercial projects in Mumbai, Sangli and Kolhapur.
