M/s Sairekha Developers is a Proprietory Concern owned by Mrs. Rekha Subhash Jagdale a Law Graduate and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. & Mrs. Rekha & Subhash Jagdale are in the construction business through a Private Limited Company namely M/s Vastu Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Subhash Jagdale is a qualified Civil Engineer from V. J. T. I. Mumbai, and is in the Construction Business since 1988.

The Parent company, M/s Vastu Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. has a good track record of completing the various housing projects as a Contractor and as a Developer. Recently as a developer M/s Vastu Buildtech has completed Residential cum Commercial Project namely “Sai Park” situated at City Survey No. 421 & 422, behind Municipal Council office, opp. Ch. Sambhaji Ground, Panvel. The other project “Sai Puja” nearing completion is fully commercial building on Mumbai - Pune highway @ Kone, Tq. Panvel, Dist: Raigad.

Currently Sairekha Developers is implementing “Maruti Galaxy” at Karjat. The next upcoming project is “Laxmi Vishnu Vihar” a residential Complex at Palaspe, ( Mumbai- Goa Highway Phata) Tq. Panvel, Dist: Raigad.
