Turner Road is an excellent investment location and there is much buzz in the market about it since it is growing in Real Estate and returns are real good.
It is an excellent place to settle down as it provides a peaceful residence away from the typical marketplace but there is also tremendous amount of business potential in this area to cater to the posh Army officers as well as civilians.
Commercially, there are a number of banks and business shops in the Turner Road Lane which makes it a suitable place to start a business at affordable location.
Residentially, being next to the Army Area the area is secured and peaceful (Green and pollution free).
There is a mandir and Gurudwara at walkable distance from the well known Clement Town Lake. It is also the enroute to Buddha Temple, Graphic Era University. Thus making it an ideal locality for settling down.

• Excellent investment returns as rates are ever increasing with time.

Cons:

• The farther you move from the main Turner Road, the business potential reduces.
