In the changing circumstances, the initial organisation lead by Mohan Prasad Meharia was restructured by segregating its legal practise from real estate practise and business.

Meharia Consortium today has its interests in Real Estate Construction, Real Estate Planning and Development through it new wing named as Abhinaash Developers Pvt. Ltd. It has recently diversified into Real Estate Consultancy through its division RUDRAKSH.
