A tremendous response followed, making way for some more successful projects. Finally in 1997 ADPL or Aakriti Dwellings Private Ltd was incorporated. Today many landmark achievements are in the company’s bouquet of which ‘Aakriti Garden’ and ‘Aakriti Eco City’ are the most mentioned projects.

'Aakriti Eco-city' in Bhopal can be said to be the flagship of our group. It is the first green township in Bhopal spread on 45 acres of lush and built on the principle of ecological preservation.

Aakriti Gardens is also one of the major projects which was lauched by the group in 1999-2000. The project has 350 residential duplex and is till date among the most appreciated project by our customers.

During recession, the group launched a plot scheme in 2007-08. The project received huge response and once again setting new records, all the plots of the scheme were sold in just one week.
