Established in 1950 under the name AKV & Sons and later known as Venkataraman & Co, we have traversed a road of consistent success as testified by our unflinching market presence against stiff competition. The major contributory factor for this achievement is that the company is promoted and run by a family of highly qualified professionals in Civil Engineering from REC, Calicut, who have a passion for economic construction without sacrificing quality. An element of service orientation in our being has always propped up our reputation as cut above the rest.

Since 1950, we started executing various contracting and housing projects in Calicut. Ever since its inception, we had a clear vision on the timelines for the execution of Projects to ensure the best for our customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we decided to undertake only one project at a time. Also we decided upon engaging ourselves in construction in the city of Calicut alone. We never subcontract any part of the construction work to a third party. Such decisions enabled us to give focused attention to the project that is going on. We design the structure plan in such a way that our customer enjoy maximum usable floor area.

Our partners are graduate Engineers from Regional Engineering College, Calicut. With profound knowledge in the area of Civil Engineering, we could establish and build up high level of domain expertise in the field of construction. Our long standing presence in the market stay witness to this.
