HSIIDC is a company incorporated on 08.03.1967, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the objectives to develop industrial infrastructure in the State of Haryana under the aegis of Department of Industries and Commerce, Haryana. 100% equity of the Corporation is held by the State Government and as such the Corporation is a Government Company under section 617 of the Companies Act, 1956. The Registered and Corporate Office of the Corporation is situated at Panchkula. The Corporation is undertaking various activities which can be seen elsewhere in the website of the Corporation.
