Golden Villas is a serene well-maintained gated community right off the Delhi-Jaipur Highway (NH-8). It has several location advantages being close to industrial towns of Bhiwadi, Dharuhera, and Manesar and on the fast developing Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor. The community is nicely landscaped, quiet and ideal for weekend home or a permanent residence for a family working in Rewari, Dharuhera, Bhiwadi & Manesar. A little removed from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to be a short drive to work. Only fifty minutes from Gurgaon, and a little over one hour from south Delhi, the villas make for an ideal weekend retreat for the city residents. There is a shop inside the complex for the daily needs. Markets of Rewari are withing a short driving distance.
The villas are ready to move in. The large open plots allow kids lots of free space to run around. The construction quality is reasonable for this price range. All the rooms including kitchen are spacious and there is a large terrace. The floor plan is open with lots of light in all the rooms. Window in the kitchen open to a large back garden which can be made into a vegetable and/or herb garden. Large cemented driveway has ample parking for several cars. Community has power back-up and by installing an underground water tank residents can ensure a 24X7 water supply. Maintenance charges are minimal for such large plots.
These villas saw good appreciation 2-3 years ago but due to the slow real estate market over the last 12-18 months the prices have come down from their peaks making these villas an excellent investment for the future. The planned development along Delhi-Mumbai corridor is sure to positively impact the price. Its just a matter of time. Occupancy rates are low but this is expected to change with greater development of the surrounding area. Overall, at current price points Golden Villas are a steal for people looking for a large residential plots close to Gurgaon.
