Corporate Ventures is a part of the Corporate Associates Group, which was founded in 2007 by Mr Sunil VIjaykar and Mr Chaitanya Vijaykar and they are its present managing directors and also the co-founders.

With its foresight to spot the shifting societal trends, Corporate Ventures is today a leading real estate group in its flagship business of construction with a pan-India as well as international presence. The Group is known for its projects of Sai Bhavana Nilayam, Potturu- Phase1, Potturu Phase2, Perumallu Capital City and many more projects at Guntur & Hyderabad. Today, Corporate Ventures has a dedicated and experienced team of over 80 people employed in its diverse community.
