Arth Infra was founded by Arun Singh and his partner Thaarini, both Hotelier of ethnic Indian descent. The name Arth is said to be combination of the first names of the founders.
Arth Infra was originally intended to be based at Zirakpur, Mohali-Chandigarh, with its inaugural Villa's expected to take place in November 2017. However, the Arth Infra changed its base to Aerocity to attract Cumstomers to the Arth Villa's. The right product at right time-“Affordable Villa's” Value for money; however, the Villa's officially positioned itself as a full-service carrier in July2018.
On 10 December 2018, the Arth Infra inaugural premium Villa's smoothly delivered.
The Villa's was planning to co-operate with Royale Estate Group to strengthen the CRC concept within the Real Estate Industry's.
