The company has approximate land holding of 465 acres agricultural land at village Dharpi, Tal: Savantwadi, Dist : Sindhudurg.

One reputed infrastructure partner has built an ambitious project at Vadgaon (Bk), Pune of 200 flats of 2 and 3 BHK in Pune, in association with us. Other associate has executed construction of several premium residential and commercial properties in and around Pune in the last decade. They have also executed major civil work of lagoon measuring approximately half a million sq.ft at Amby Valley (Sahara City). Factory building of Praveen Masale at Yavat, in civil work of swimming pools and they had executed construction of many swimming pools in Pune and Talegaon region.
