K Anil Kumar Reddy, a Civil Engineer by qualification; a young and dynamic entrepreneur had a dream to develop the best of residential townships in line with the growing needs and aspirations of the new generation Indians, powered by the Indian growth story. He had established Keerthi Estates in the year 1990 to pursue his vision.

Journey during the past two decades

Within a span of 5-6 years from its inception, Keerthi had executed more than a million square feet of residential and commercial space in the twin cities and quickly branched into the neighbouring markets of Bangalore.
