Greater community, secure and safe, calm and serene, accessibility to hospitals, offices, reputed schools, main markets, malls etc. Lot of greenery that make place more attractive, planted with lichi trees around the area.
Dalanwala is well known for its class of gentry. Residents are from noble professions mostly ex-academicians, retired IAS and army officers.

  • DEVELOPED IN BRITISH TIME,THAT GRACE STILL EXISTS.
  • ACCESSIBILITY TO ALL AMENITIES.
  • WELL ILLUMINATED STREET LIGHTS
Cons:
  • VERY PEACEFUL,PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO LIVE IN CROWD MAY NOT LIKE THE PLACE
  • WILL FIND MOSTLY ELDERLY PEOPLE
  • INTER LINKED ROADS ARE NOT MORE THEN 30ft.

Dalanwala is one of the posh locality in Dehradun inhabited earlier by royalty, landlords and civil servants. Affluent residential area of Dehradun, in vicinity of most reputed schools of city. Ample greenery in the midst of center of capital of Uttarakhand. City center is just 2.5 Kms away.

  • inside lanes are narrow and unable to cater to 4 wheeler traffic
