Even Britishers recognized this place as their base for Comfortable living and we can see their constructions here.
Now choosing to buy place at this locality is good and perfect but we have to see meticulously documents and builder profile before going to take decision. In a nutshell Bheemunipatnam will be hub of entertainment in near future and this place is well connected to Engineering and Medical Colleges and International Schools , University and Restaurants. Present Big development is International Air Port is to be connected and Beach Road Beauty is awesome

  • More Restaurants and transport fecility need to be improved

Bheemunipatnam is second Municipality in India and became part of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipality. It is one of the prominent tourist centre and major players of entertainment field planning tap business opportunity in this place. Pollution free pleasant atmosphere and people are very calm and encouraging. This location is very near to engineering colleges and medical colleges and well connected to High way.

Bhimilipatnam is now merged with Greater Visakhapatnam GVMC in July, 2013. It is an ideal place for residential and commercial development as all IT SEZs are within 7 km radius of Bhimilipatnam.

  • But the land is limited which takes prices to peak in short time
