Aswani Properties has origins that go back 15 years and more to enterprise on four wheels. In 1999 when Bangalore got its first city taxis, the group launched CITY SAFARI.  In 2000 the Group launched “Corporate People Movement” for the growing BPO and Call Center base.

The blueprint to our success is in our approach to the customer and the way we run a business – largely based on transparency, implicit trust and reciprocal value. A formula that has helped in all our businesses – including what is now core activity at Aswani – residential estates and property development.

Today, any operation of Aswani has a strong financial base, backed by the necessary resources and support systems. We are here long term and willing to go the long haul with our customers.

At Aswani, we’re constantly reviewing Bangalore’s changing skyline to observe, study and adapt our own project initiatives. Our scope of enquiry is deep with a far-reaching perspective.

What does the commercial project of tomorrow call for ? What do residential projects need to buffer a fast-growing metropolis ? What are the changing needs of today’s fast track customer, in terms of image, comfort, safety, security and convenience?
