We are basically a construction company. At present we have acquired around 10 bighas non-agricultural, non-green land to develop as township project just 10 to 15 minutes drive away from Patna AIIMS.

Some part of the land has been kept for sale with a different affordable sizes i.e. 25' x 36', 30’x42’, 35’x47’ & 45'X56 etc where buyers can construct a bungalow, duplex or any other type accommodation of their choices.

We also provide turn-key projects to the buyers as per their choices. As for example if someone purchases a piece of land and orders us to construct a bungalow in the same land or at any other land of his choice within his budget, we are committed to do it without any hesitations as we are a team of construction professionals.

We are also intending to construct a few high rise apartments in the same part of the land there.

Note :- We also deal with land plots, construction of farm houses, bungalows, duplexes, individual houses on turn-key basis.
