Peenya Industrial Area is one of the largest industrial areas in the whole of Asia and is conveniently located on NH-4, and not very far from the city centre (<10 kms). NH-4 connects Bangalore to Mumbai & Chennai. This also ensures very easy connectivity for truckers.
The NICE Ring Road which connects Tumkur Road (NH-4) to Hosur Road (NH-7) crossing Mysore Road (SH-17), Magadi Road, Kanakapura Road (NH-207) and Bannerghatta Road is just about 5kms away from the main Jalahalli Cross (entrance to Peenya).
In Peenya there are more than 7,000 small & medium scale industries serving various large industries all over the world. Industries here cater to all sectors of manufacturing and service activities from Paper to Aircrafts.
Peenya is well served with numerous bus services from different parts of the city and there are buses every minute to the city centre. Yeshwanthpur Railway Station is close by (<5 kms) and trains from here are available to most major cities in India. Bangalore International Airport is about 45kms away and requires about 1-1.5 hours of travel by car.
The North-South Line of Bangalore Metro shall serve Peenya Industrial Area, with even a depot coming up in the area.
