For investment purpose Mundra is one of the hottest Location in Gujarat. As the Major Group Adani have made a huge investment there. Mundra is suppose to be the major Port in coming time. There are 2 Major Power Plant (4000 MW Each) Adani as well as Tata Power are there in Mundra. There are so many Medium to Small Scale company present in Adani SEZ area.

Pros:
  • Due to Huge invesetment in the City the coming time will surely boost the Property price.
