Review of Pimple Nilakh, Pune

Pimple Nilakh is squeezed in tight between Aundh, Baner and Wakad is a quiet and cost neighborhood of Pimple Nilakh. Unlike it's well known sister locality of Pimple Saudagar, this area is very quaint and open, despite being closer to the busy Aundh and Baner areas. This is due to the fact that over 400 acres of the habitable 700 acres are open defense lands, which means much less congestion and fresher air to breathe. Pimple Nilakh comes under the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, which also means that the supply of electricity and water is regular and seldom erratic. The area boasts of many old societies and bungalows, which enjoy the serene locality. In contrast, the 24 m Wakad-Baner Link Road bears witness to the high rises and plethora of upcoming societies that tower all long the way. Close connectivity to Hinjewadi and the city center makes this an ideal place for a convenient address as well as an investment.
