Review of Mohan Garden, New Delhi

It's a good locality with almost all basic amenities available except sewerage line which is currently being laid (nearly 70 % completed). Distance only about 1-1.5 km. from Metro line (Blue line-Dwarka Mor Metro Station.) Mohan garden is very well connected to the main Najafgarh Road. Private transportation are easily available (shared cabs, rickshaws etc.) even quite late at night. It has very reasonable land prices- in fact cheap in comparison to nearby localities.

Pros:

• Reasonable land prices
• All basic amenities available
• Well connected to main road with transportation easily available even late at night

Cons:

• No public transport facility available
• No parks in the area
• No banks in area till date
