Kelambakkam is 30 minutes from Tidel Park and a 40 minute drive from the airport. Health care facilities and entertainment centers are just around the corner. It is close to Chettinad Hospitals, and Siruseri IT Park.
Other leading educational institutions, like Chettinad University, Hindustan University, SMK FORMA, SSN College, VIT University, etc. and schools like The Gateway International School & Sushil Hari International Residential School etc. are located nearby.
With easy access to the city via an IT expressway all the way up to Madhya Kailash (Adyar), it is well connected on the OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road), Chennai’s IT Highway. Review of Guduvancheri, Chennai

Guduvanchery bus terminus and Railway station are nearby. Also Sriram Sivashankari Apartments, RRP Ascon Residency Apartments & XS-REAL Apartments, are located in the vicinity.
It is ideally situated near the state highway road which connects NH-45 and OMR & Thirupour. Just 5 minutes drive to Vidya mandhir, DAV, Sankara vidyalaya and SRM group of Educational Institutions that includes engineering college, Medical college and Polytechnic.
From Guduvanchery we can expect bus services towards various places to Chennai every 5 minutes. It is becoming the largest residential area between Tambaram to Chengalpet because of the IT Companies in and around Guduvancheri like Accenture, Ford, Mahindra World City and SEZ. Connectivity to OMR, Oragadam and Mahindra World City is one of the main reasons for the growth in residential property.
