Proximity to Manesar allows this project to benefit from the scarcity of a good shopping destination in the area. Manesar is already well inhabited and the new sectors of Gurgaon are in the process of inhabitation and will have good occupancy by the time Spaze Arrow is delivered. This project will give handsome returns in terms of capital appreciation.
